I'm Eileen. Certified Pilates teacher, certified integrative somatic practitioner, and someone who has spent equal time in a writer's chair and a Pilates studio. I help creative women build real strength, regulate their nervous systems, and feel genuinely at home in their bodies.

1:1 Somatic Coaching

Somatic coaching sessions involve activities and practices that cultivate awareness of the body's internal sensations, emotions, and movements to foster mental, physical, and emotional well-being. These sessions help clients manage stress, trauma, and improve self-awareness.

Virtual Pilates sessions

Pilates is a full mind-body movement system that fosters deep self-awareness, presence, and connection to bodily sensations. By focusing on breath, precision, and control, it encourages moving from the inside out, allowing clients to listen to, accept, and care for their bodies rather than just shaping them.

Body of Work

‘Body of Work’ is a somatic practice designed for writers and professional sitters. Designed for people whose bodies live in a chair, it combines Pilates, somatic tools, and the lived experience of a professional writer — because sitting affects your muscles and your nervous system at the same time, and most classes only address one.
